What happens after I book a session?
After booking and payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with a Google Meet link within 15 minutes. The session will be held at your scheduled time. After the session, you'll receive any promised resources and follow-up materials via email.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes! You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled session by emailing us at jha.8@alumni.iitj.ac.in. Please include your booking reference and preferred new time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
How do I access digital products after purchase?
After payment, you'll receive an email with a secure download link. The link remains active for 30 days. You can also access your purchases anytime from the confirmation email. For any issues, contact support.
What's the difference between session types?
Free Test (15 min): Quick intro to see if we're a good fit.
Quick Consultation (30 min): Focused advice on specific topics.
Deep Dive (60 min): Comprehensive coverage with action plan.
Interview Prep (90 min): Mock interviews and intensive prep.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we have a flexible refund policy. Sessions: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before. Digital products: Full refund within 7 days if not downloaded. See our Refund Policy for details.
Are the mentorship sessions recorded?
Sessions are not recorded by default for privacy. However, if you'd like a recording for personal reference, please request it at the start of the session. You'll receive the recording within 24 hours.
Can I get a certificate after completing mentorship?
Yes! Upon completion of 3+ paid sessions, you're eligible for a "Quant Mentorship Completion" certificate which can be added to your LinkedIn profile and resume. Mention this interest during your first session.
