Refund Policy

1. Mentorship Sessions

• Full Refund: Available if cancellation is made 24+ hours before scheduled session
• Partial Refund: 50% refund for cancellations 12-24 hours before session
• No Refund: For cancellations less than 12 hours or no-shows
• Rescheduling: Free rescheduling available up to 24 hours before session

2. Digital Products

• Non-Downloaded Products: Full refund within 7 days if not downloaded
• Downloaded Products: No refund once download link is accessed
• Defective Files: Full refund or replacement if files are corrupted or inaccessible
• Preview Products: Free Test Product (₹0) is non-refundable

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Send an email to jha.8@alumni.iitj.ac.in
2. Include your order/payment ID
3. State the reason for refund request
4. Allow 3-5 business days for processing

4. Processing Time

• Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Bank processing times may vary (additional 3-5 days)
• You will receive email confirmation once processed

5. Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after session completion
• Customer's inability to attend due to technical issues on their end
• Violation of Terms of Service
• Bulk purchase orders (special terms apply)
